I’m Jason Di Vece and these are some of my projects.
By day I run a website design and digital marketing agency. By everything else, I’m taking pictures, consuming music, hitting estate sales and going to the dump. DIY damn near everything. Bad with names but better with websites, and this is another one of mine. Poke around.

PHOTOGRAPHY
One a Day Galleries
These are part of an ongoing yearly project called One a Day. The idea is hardly new or novel: take at least one picture every single day for a whole year. Despite the name, it’s not really about the photos. It’s a forced exercise to basically just slow down long enough to notice things worth noticing. The camera is just the excuse to experience the moment instead of letting it slide away unremarked. Some are admittedly a lot more interesting than others.

A wonderful side effect is that it’s pulling me back into deliberate digital photography after years of casual image capture, but that almost feels secondary to the real thing this project is after: the daily practice of being present, and recognizing that the ordinary is maybe not so ordinary at all.

On borrowed time and gone without warning.
